Western Style: Its aim is for smoothness & neutrality, with a soft creamy texture. It is ideal for cocktails.

Flavoured: Traditional flavouring comprises cherries, plum, honey while the modern flavouring are predominantly orange, cranberry and vanilla amongst others.
