Brandy is a refined spirit traditionally produced through the distillation of wine and is often enjoyed as an after-dinner drink. Known for its rich character and smooth finish, brandy is commonly aged in wooden casks to develop its depth of flavour and distinctive colour.
Among the world’s most recognised varieties is Cognac (pronounced /KON-yak), a premium French brandy named after the town of Cognac in France. Produced under strict regulations and centuries-old craftsmanship, Cognac is highly regarded for its quality, heritage, and complexity.
